Noise Nuisance
A number of legal provisions have been introduced to abate noise nuisance, including the Environmental Protection Act, Control of Pollution Act, Noise and Nuisance Act, Clean Neighbourhoods Act and the Licensing Act. Landlords can also evict tenants using the provisions contained within the Housing Acts. Those faced with legal action often have rights of appeal.
